Pace Management Group is capable of all aspects of project management including the following:

Construction Management

Pace Management Group can provide personnel to oversee the General Contractor and any other owner-contracted entities throughout the construction phase. CM personnel can be full-time or part-time as the owner sees fit.

Pre-Acquisition Management

Pace Management Group can assist the owner/developer with all services prior to the acquisition of a property including the following:
